Events
Grand Mesa Jeep Club hosts many events throughout the year. Everything from trail rides to nationally recognized events such as Rock Junction and the Rocky Mountain Offroad Expo. The club supports Crawl to a Cure, Trunk-or-Treat, and tends to have fun in the winter months snow wheeling and by lighting up the Parade of Lights in Grand Junction and Fruita!
Rock Junction
Rock Junction is GMJC signature event. It is based out of Grand Junction and is three days of non-competitive trail runs. Trail difficulties range from mild to extreme with something to fit nearly all tastes and abilities. Click here to find out more about Rock Junction and the Rocky Mountain Offroad Expo.
Rocky Mountain Offroad Expo
Rocky Mountain Offroad Expo is a one day exposition of offroad vehicles, vendors and swap meet. Located at the Mesa County Fairgrounds the first Saturday in June.
Crawlin To A Cure
GMJC supports Crawlin To A Cure, which is a non-profit that supports a scholarship fund for high school seniors impacted by cancer in their family. It is a unique and fun event to raise money for the scholarship fund.
Truck-or-Treat
Fruita puts on a kid friendly and safe event every Halloween called Trunk-or-Treat. Kids enjoy Trick-o-treating in one location with lots of candy and fun activites to do such as a bouncy house, obstacle course, and lets not forget about trick-o-treating!
Parade of Lights
The Grand Valley has two Parade of Lights each year, one in Grand Junction and one in Fruita. GMJC participates in both and we encourage lighting up your vehicle, adding some flare, and having fun at this event! Make sure you practiced waving, because the crowds are huge at both parades!
Trail Rides
On any given weekend throughout the year someone in the club is going somewhere wheeling, so join in! Watch the calendar of events to find out where to go!
